Yes!! Sleep..
At this time, I still awake and writing a new entry..

Sleeping is a natural part of life and body needs quite bit of it. After being awake all day long, body needs rest to recuperate and recharge. The body needs rest through sleeping, and it is important as the body needs foods and water.

1. When ones sleeping, the brain recharges - the cells repairs - the body releases important hormon. Feeling tired can feel normal after a short time. However, it effects on ones alertness, mood, physical performance etc. Sleep helps ones to recover all those things.

2. Different amount of sleep depending on ones age. For children, like Aanisah Faqihah, the proper rest helps to promote growth and development. Lack of sleep can interfere with strong development and have consequences down the road as her/his age. It also kick starts her/his brain cells and improves memory retention and recall. Sleep definitely helps her/his minds to store and organize the events of the day. Teenagers tend to sleep for 10 hours.

3. Men have dreams about other men 70% of the time. Is it mean all guys are gay or they don't bother about women? Answer it yourself!!

4. Only people we have already seen can appear in our dream. There is no such person you can dream of before seen them.

5. Feel sorry for people with parasomnia. They don't mean to do the crime (if they did) because they are unaware about it.

6. Cool that 12%!!

7. Dreaming is normal. Thus, I am normal and not crazy or mental disorder seems I used to dream and always dreaming plus day-dreaming!!

8. Sleeping position can describe ones. The body language of sleep positions reflects personality traits/ Ok!! Lets see what is Aanisah Faqihah's sleeping position. Please describe!!

Not really standing, not really laying.. sigh!

9. Sad true. 1 in 4 married couples sleep in separate beds? How they feels?

10. Stay up 36 hours without sleep is superb! British Ministry of Defence researchers have been able to reset soldiers' body clocks so they can go without sleep for up to 36 hours. Tiny optical fibres embedded in special spectacles project a ring of bright white light (with a spectrum identical to a sunrise) around the edge of soldiers' retinas, fooling them into thinking they have just woken up. The system was first used on US pilots during the bombing of Kosovo.

11. The longest sleeping mammal is koala and the shortest sleeping mammal is giraffe.

12. When dolphins sleep, only half their brain shuts down. The other half stays awake to help with breathing cycles.

13. You may die in sleep deprivation. Sleep deprivation is the condition of not having enough sleep. You manage to live after 2 weeks for starving but not without sleep. If you want to help yourself sleep, try cutting down the amount of caffeine you consume in one day.

14. Blind people can still see images in dreams.

15. Everybody dreams. But some people do not remember their dreams. No wonder I always forget what I had dream about. Sometimes its just weird. The fact is 50% of dream is forgotten after 5 minutes of waking up and 90% after 10 minutes.

16. 1 out of 50 teenagers still wet their beds. One of them is my talkative niece. You know who you are..
